A couple things:

• A limited number of function rooms are available for exceptional parties or those that require more space
• A guest room must be registered to the name of the applicant for the party; the party room is the room that you will be reserving with the hotel. If you require a separate sleeping room, please make an additional reservation
• Due to storage constraints within the hotel, beds cannot be pulled from guest rooms
